The process of selecting the right donor for you and your family can be overwhelming. We understand. That is why we have three consultation tiers to support every stage of your path to parenthood.

New Client Support – For clients just starting to explore, or those who already have a basic understanding of the donor selection process, our experienced Client Specialists can help you as you start your journey to creating a family. Clients receive:

Exclusive Profile Access for Canadian Clients: Visit the Donor Listings page on our website to access free profile offers from Xytex.

Mini Consultation – Based on a preliminary consultation with one of our Client Specialists, clients are presented with various donor options. Clients receive everything offered in the New Client Support tier, plus:

One-On-One: Up to one hour consultation with a Client Specialist via telephone or Skype.
Photo Matching: Includes matching of physical features.
Donor Matching: Receive up to 12 donor profiles presented to you based on your specific criteria.

Specialty Consultation – For clients who want more support throughout the donor selection process, this offering provides clients with everything included in the Mini Consultation, plus:

Personal Consultation Access: Up to two hours of one-on-one guided consultation in office or via telephone/Skype.
Priority New Donor Notification: Be notified in advance, by email, of any new donors prior to general web release.

What does Canadian Compliant mean? 2017-08-14T23:02:44+00:00

“Canadian Compliant” means that a donor’s units meet the Health Canada Standards.
They require donor’s units to have some additional testing done (Semen Culture, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia by DNA on the day of donation)

Please note that all donors listed on our website are Canadian Compliant. We carry our own inventory, so sometimes when Xytex sells out of Canadian Compliant units, the donor’s profile may be updated to reflect that. However, this does not mean that we don’t have units available.

If this happens, please call or email us for availability. If Xytex is sold out of Canadian Compliant units we can find out if and when the donor will have more Canadian Compliant units available in the future.

Our website, creatingcanadianfamilies.ca is designed so you may perform donor selection searches independently, at your own pace, as well as anonymously, thus you do not have to register on our website to search the donor listings.

The complete listings for donors that we currently have in our inventory may be found under ‘donor listings’ or ‘selecting a donor’ and are updated to reflect what we have currently available in our inventory.

***Remember, if the donor is listed on our website then the donor is Canadian Compliant, available for purchase, and ready for shipment or delivery to your clinic.
